@12quillemall5321 That’s how they make their collections sell. If they kept every MSF available all the time, then they’d have a hard time pushing them in their collections. Same goes for beauty powders, etc.
I agree about the whole one collection after another. I definitely love my MAC hauls, but I’m not a rich girl — I’m a new mom! I wish there was more time between large collections so I can enjoy them and more importantly, save my money before the next big thing comes out. I think they’re focusing too much into these side collections and it’s taking away from the big ones. Frankly, Pret-A-Papier makes me sad. Huge let down!
I dislike that MAC discontinues popular or sold out items. It doesn’t make sense to me. Why stop selling something that people want?
definately agree with you..i think a lot of the girls who are really into mac
can’t justify loading up on makeup every week..so glad i’m not the only one!

I agree on your rant. I’m new to collecting MAC products and there were quite a few from the Spring collection I wanted to try but couldn’t right away because of money, and now they’re all sold out in my nearest MAC counters!

Wow not permanent I need to get back ups! Also I feel the same way about the collection Mac is overdoing it. I need to pick up fashion scoop soon maybe sometime after I buy my lipliner back ups I am on a budget so sad

I agree about MAC. People can not even get the chance to ENJOY the collections that they come out with. It’s just too much!

I agree with you 100% on your comments about the frequency of MAC’s new collections. It’s crazy and so overwhelming I’ve stopped going to their website to even check them out. The only one I’m excited about is the Liberty collection that will be out soon.
i know how you feel ….As much as i am a MAC fan and 90 % of my make-up is MAC they rush with getting all there new stuff out and its almost you feel rushed too to get it ….Then you end up feeling guilty spending all the money you did so yea i get what your saying !!!

Haha and you are right, the liners are not permenent as of yet, but the cremesheens are- woot woot!! The new LIBERTY OF LONDON collection comes out thurs, and I peeked at the colors at work (oops (: and the packaging is amazing, alot of good blushes, I think you’ll like them! i got all 5 of the lipliners too bc they are LE, and b/c of yo video! =) i wish they would make them perm. i spoke to my MA and he said they didnt make them perm b.c they already have alot of lipliners already. but they may have it become perm later on like in 6 months or year. after they see how they sell. they did the same thing to creamsheenglasses and dazzleglasses. see the prob with all these many collections are they dont get alot of product to sell. my mac only got 6 of the pink liners
if mac did spread out their collections , like 1 a month , then we can save our money and then maybe spend more. i also wish they spent more time on thinking about the concept and made every one of them with special LE packaging, then they seem more special. I feel like i cant enjoy my recent products yet either. bc they have so many diff ones coming out. i like dont get any wear out of them sometimes.
i am so overwhemed with mac as well , im like irritated, i usually get something from every collection, but they have done wayyyy to many collections and its only march. first their was love lace, warm & cozy, all ages & races, mac in lillyland, too fabulous, riviting , then spring colour foracst (which was like 4 collections in 1, the least they could have done is spread that one out in 1 month, ya know?) i think mac should release 1 collection a month, NOT 2-3 . are u listening mac!!
I love the Fashion Scoop Gloss..just picked it up today! I am tempted to get those lip liners but my wallet is hurting especially since Liberty Of London is coming out in 1 day. You are sooo right….we can barely enjoy one collection before the next is released.
I just got the Harmony blush(for contour) powder too!
